Holding your own fundraising event and keen to collect cash? Email us and we will sort out a branded Giddo’s Gift charity bucket for you.
Without lifting a finger
Raise money as you shop
Support us every time you shop online by installing the Easyfundraising app on your phone, or the extension on your computer. Simply shop as normal, and remember to “add donation” when prompted by the seller. Most large online shops will give a percentage to our charity every time you check out.
Our refund policy
Donations
Giddo’s Gift does not refund general donations. Once a donation is made, it is final.
If you made a mistake in the amount of your donation, please contact us straight away at hello@giddosgift.com. We will gladly help correct it, as long as the donation has not already been spent by the charity.
Event registrations
Registration fees for events organised by Giddo’s Gift cannot be refunded. If an event is cancelled or changed, we will contact everyone registered to talk about the options.
Payments you did not make
If you believe a payment has been made with your details without your permission, please contact us straight away at hello@giddosgift.com and we will work with you to sort it out.
Cancelled projects
If a project or campaign funded by donations is cancelled, we will explain why to our donors and talk about the alternatives, which may include using the money for another project or a refund if you ask for one.
